Highly regarded Los Angeles office seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. The role offers a platform to advise emerging and established life‑sciences companies on regulatory, commercial and strategic matters.

Ideal candidate will have an established practice, proven client relationships and experience managing deal teams and cross‑disciplinary engagements. The team works closely with corporate and regulatory specialists to service clients across financing, transactions and product‑related matters.

Partner‑level experience advising life sciences or healthcare companies, including regulatory and transactional matters.
Demonstrable portable client relationships and a track record of originating engagements.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active California bar admission (or ability to qualify) and JD from an accredited law school.
