Senior partner opportunity in a major healthcare and life‑sciences practice based in Los Angeles. The role will advise healthcare providers, payors, and life‑sciences companies on regulatory, transactional, compliance, and enforcement matters across federal and state regimes.

The team handles a mix of counseling and bet‑the‑company matters, including regulatory strategy, transactional support, risk management, and government investigations. The position involves leading engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and working with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex client matters.

Established partner or counsel with significant healthcare and/or life‑sciences experience.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (federal and state), compliance programs, and government investigations.
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client matters.
Track record of business development; ability to contribute to or bring portable client relationships.
Active California bar admission or eligibility to be admitted.
