Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in Miami. The role will focus on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related industry participants on a range of transactional, regulatory and compliance matters.

Ideal candidate will build and lead client relationships, work across multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to business development in the region. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow work in the Miami market will be valued.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on transactional and regulatory matters
Proven business development record; ability to bring or grow client matters in the region
Experience managing teams and working collaboratively across practice areas
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
