A senior hire to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice in Muscat. This role offers a visible leadership position within a well-established regional team and the chance to build a market-leading practice across healthcare, regulatory and commercial matters.

The post is suited to an experienced practitioner able to supervise and develop junior lawyers, win and manage regional mandates, and work closely with local and international colleagues. This is a strategic hire to support succession planning as a senior partner approaches retirement.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law.
Experience leading teams and developing junior lawyers in a regional practice.
Track record advising on healthcare regulatory, commercial and transactional matters.
Ability to originate and grow work — a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.
