The role combines client relationship work, transactional and regulatory matters, and business development across healthcare, life sciences and related regulatory matters.

The team advises health systems, life sciences companies and healthcare payors on regulatory compliance, transactions and commercial arrangements. The firm offers broad cross-practice support and national platform resources to develop complex matters for sophisticated clients.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare and life sciences law.
Proven track record on regulatory, transactional or commercial matters in the healthcare sector.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate business is welcome.
Admission to practice in New York (or willingness to become admitted) preferred.
