Leading national firm seeks a partner to join its New York healthcare practice, with a primary focus on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will involve advising health-system, provider and life-science clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team handles a mix of regulatory counseling, transactional work and compliance programs; the incoming partner will be expected to expand client relationships, lead engagements and collaborate across practice groups.

Portable practice and client origination experience are welcome. The position offers a senior leadership platform within an established healthcare group and close work with multidisciplinary teams.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients (regulatory, transactional and compliance matters)
Proven track record of client development and ability to originate or bring a portable practice
Strong relationships across healthcare industry clients or regulators and experience leading matter teams
Bar admission in New York and ability to practice in the US
