The firm is seeking an experienced partner who will take a visible client-facing role, lead deal teams, and drive business development. Candidates should be comfortable handling complex cross-disciplinary matters and working closely with other practice leaders.

Significant partner-level experience advising life sciences and technology clients (commercial, regulatory or transactional matters).
Proven business development record and an established, portable client base (demonstrable book of business required).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships and originate new work.
Bar admission and eligibility to practise in New York.
