Lateral Partner, Media & Entertainment — New York or Los Angeles

Leading specialist boutique seeks a partner to build and lead its video game and interactive entertainment practice within a combined Media & Entertainment and Technology group. The role will advise developers, publishers, and technology clients on commercial agreements, licensing, IP strategy and regulatory matters across the U.S.

The partner will join an established practice with offices in New York and Los Angeles, take a client-facing leadership role, and drive business development to expand work in interactive entertainment and adjacent media sectors.

• Proven partner-level experience focused on video game/interactive entertainment, technology or media transactions
• Track record advising on licensing, distribution, publishing and commercial agreements
• Strong relationships across the games, entertainment and tech industries and demonstrable business development ability
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
