Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an AI and technology practice in a busy New York office. The role will focus on advising technology, media and entertainment clients on transactional, licensing and strategic regulatory matters tied to artificial intelligence and emerging tech.

The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role, help build a team and collaborate across related practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record in AI/technology is highly valued.

Established partner-level experience advising on AI, technology or media matters
Demonstrable client development and origination capability; portable practice welcome
Experience leading teams and managing engagements from partners through associates
Bar admission in New York or other relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in the U.S.
