Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in New York. The role combines regulatory, transactional and advisory work across providers, payors, life‑sciences companies and health‑care transactions.

The successful candidate will take a senior client‑facing role, managing complex matters, mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with cross‑practice teams. There is an expectation of developing business and expanding the practice’s presence in the region; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant healthcare and/or life sciences experience at a law firm or in‑house.
Strong regulatory, transactional and advisory background (e.g., reimbursement, compliance, transactions, FDA/market access matters).
Proven client development and business generation skills; portable practice welcomed.
Ability to lead matters, mentor associates, and work collaboratively across practices; admitted to practice in New York (or eligible).
