Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in New York to advise life sciences and health‑care industry clients. The role focuses on high‑value regulatory, transactional and strategic matters across the sector.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, work collaboratively with cross‑disciplinary teams and contribute to business development and practice growth. The team advises pharmaceutical, device, payer and provider clients on complex regulatory and commercial issues.

Portable practice and business development capability are welcome; the firm supports partners who bring or develop client relationships within its established platform.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, commercial or transactional).
Proven record of originating or developing client relationships and business development activity.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills; ability to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers.
Bar admission and ability to practice in New York.
