Leading law firm in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join and broaden its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. The role will focus on counseling health‑care providers, life‑sciences companies and investors on regulatory, transactional and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will help build and manage a team, develop client relationships and work across practices on complex, cross‑border matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business in the sector is welcome.

Established partner with significant healthcare and/or life‑sciences experience
Track record advising on regulatory, compliance and commercial/transactional matters
Proven business development skills and experience leading teams
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the New York office
