Leading international law practice is recruiting a partner to strengthen its Healthcare & Life Sciences offering in New York. This role will sit at the forefront of cross-border transactional, regulatory and commercial work for life sciences and healthcare-sector clients.

The partner will build and lead matters across M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance and advisory mandates, coordinating with teams across geographies. The firm is looking for a strategic rainmaker who can originate work and grow a partner-level practice in the U.S.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, with a strong record of originating and leading mandates
Experience on cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements for life sciences or healthcare clients
Demonstrated team leadership and ability to work with international practice teams
Admission to relevant bar(s) (New York preferred) and authorization to practice in the U.S.
Portable client relationships / book of business appropriate for a partner hire
