Opportunity for a partner to join a well-established healthcare and life sciences practice in Palo Alto. The role will focus on advising health‑care companies, life sciences clients and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The firm seeks a senior lawyer who will contribute to and help lead the local team, work cross‑border when needed, and help grow the practice in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated client development track record are encouraged to apply.

Active admission to practice in California (or eligible for admission)
Established experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (regulatory, transactional or compliance matters)
Proven ability to develop client relationships; portable book of business or demonstrated origination record preferred
Leadership and team management experience at partner level; strong communication and business‑development skills
