Leading national law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join and help lead its Healthcare practice in the Princeton area. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related organizations on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible role developing client relationships and expanding the team’s capabilities across healthcare and life sciences workstreams. There is an expectation of business development activity and the opportunity to bring a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience advising healthcare and/or life sciences clients.
Proven track record of business development and relationship management; opportunity to bring a portable practice.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior lawyers.
