Leading national law firm seeks a partner to co-lead and expand its healthcare, life sciences and regulatory practice from the Providence office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers and life sciences clients on complex regulatory, compliance and transactional matters across multiple states.

The partner will build and manage a client-facing practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national teams on cross-jurisdictional regulatory matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner with significant healthcare, life sciences or regulatory experience.
Proven track record advising on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters and related transactions.
Ability to originate and manage client relationships — portable practice/book of business preferred.
Admission to practice in the U.S.; multi‑state experience a plus.
