Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to establish and lead its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on advising life sciences and healthcare companies on transactional, regulatory, and strategic matters, and working closely with regional and national teams.

The firm is looking for an experienced lawyer with an established portable practice and a track record of business development in the life sciences or healthcare sectors. This position offers a visible platform to build a market-leading practice with substantial firm resources and cross-office collaboration.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or life sciences clients (transactional and regulatory experience preferred).
Proven business development ability and an established, portable client base.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; experience working with cross-office practice groups.
Active licensure in the relevant US jurisdiction or willingness to become licensed.
