Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in San Diego. The role will focus on advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters within the U.S. healthcare sector.

The partner will join a cross-disciplinary team serving hospitals, health systems, life sciences companies and other providers. The position offers client-facing work, opportunities to lead engagements and collaborate with national practice colleagues.

Established partner with a strong background in U.S. healthcare law (regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters)
Proven client development ability and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Active California bar admission (or ability to be admitted) and experience advising healthcare or life sciences clients
Track record of leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level
