Experienced healthcare partner sought to lead and grow a San Francisco-based healthcare and life sciences practice. The role combines high-stakes healthcare disputes and transactional work across providers, payors, and life-science companies.

You will manage a team of attorneys, advise clients on regulatory, transactional and contentious matters, and work closely with national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters. The hiring committee is looking for a senior lawyer with an established client base or clear business-development capacity.

Established partner or counsel with significant healthcare and life-sciences experience, including disputes and transactions
Proven team leadership and matter management skills
Strong business-development record; a portable practice or ability to originate client work is preferred
Licensed to practice in California (or admission-eligible) and good standing
