Leading U.S. law firm seek a lateral partner to join and grow its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in the San Francisco office. The role combines regulatory counseling, transactional work, and strategic client advice across healthcare providers, life‑sciences companies and related industry participants.

The successful candidate will advise on a mix of commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, product life‑cycle and transactions, and will work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex, high‑value matters. This position requires strong client‑facing skills and a track record of originating and developing business.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional matters.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination record is highly desirable.
Bar admission in California and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
Experience leading teams and collaborating across practices on complex, multidisciplinary matters.
