Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to grow a cross‑practice corporate and healthcare offering from its San Francisco office. The role focuses on M&A (including private equity), capital markets, emerging‑growth and technology transactions, with complementary experience in life sciences and healthcare matters.

The partner will combine deal execution with client development and practice leadership, working closely with intellectual property and litigation teams on technology‑linked disputes and transactional IP issues. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination track record will be given strong consideration.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, private equity, capital markets) and a client development track record.
Experience advising technology, life sciences/healthcare, financial services or energy clients preferred.
Comfort collaborating with IP and litigation specialists on tech‑related disputes and transactional IP matters.
Proven ability to lead and grow a team and contribute to regional/national practice strategy.
Portable practice or book of business desirable.
