Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in the Scottsdale office. The role will advise healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters across the region.

The team advises hospitals, health systems, payors, and life‑sciences companies on regulatory strategy, commercial agreements, and risk management. The office offers strong national platform support while giving partners responsibility for client development and practice growth locally.

Proven partner-level experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable clientele or demonstrable origination is welcome.
Strong technical knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., Stark, anti‑kickback, HIPAA) and experience with commercial contracting and transactions.
Excellent written and oral advocacy, and ability to work collaboratively across a national platform.
