A leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join and help lead its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. The role is focused on complex transactional and regulatory matters for clients across the life sciences and healthcare sectors, with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

The position is location‑agnostic with a strong presence in Seattle; the firm offers competitive partner compensation and evaluates candidates on the basis of their experience and business development potential. The team is looking for a senior lawyer able to grow a practice, mentor associates, and work cross‑practice on sector matters.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law (transactions and regulatory matters)
Proven client development and business generation track record; portable practice welcome but not strictly required
Experience leading teams and managing client matters; ability to mentor associates
Bar admission in the U.S.; Washington admission or willingness to seek it preferred
Excellent written and oral communication, and ability to work across multiple practice groups
