The team serves a broad group of health-tech and life-sciences clients; the hire will work closely with cross-functional deal teams and senior partners to originate and execute strategic matters.

Established partner with a strong track record in healthcare and life sciences transactions or related advisory work.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Washington state (or willingness to relocate/admit).
Proven client-development skills and experience working with cross-practice deal teams; portable practice or client relationships welcome.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and business-development capabilities.
