Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in Silicon Valley. The role will focus on advising life sciences, digital health and healthcare services clients on strategic transactions, regulatory matters and commercial arrangements.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team handling a mix of transactional and regulatory work, collaborating with corporate, IP and regulatory specialists. This is an opportunity to build a regional hub for innovative healthcare and life‑sciences matters in a market with strong technology and health‑tech dealflow.

We are looking for a partner with a proven client base or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business; the role involves significant client relationship and business development responsibilities alongside leading substantive legal work.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (transactions, regulatory or commercial matters)
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Silicon Valley office
Proven track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups
