Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.

You will join a well-established practice within a major national firm and be responsible for originating and managing client relationships, supervising teams and collaborating cross‑practice on complex matters. This role offers significant platform and resources to expand a portable practice in the sector.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Team leadership and mentoring experience, with ability to work across practices.
Strong judgment on regulatory, compliance and transactional issues affecting healthcare and life sciences clients.
