The successful candidate will take a senior role in case strategy and business development, working with cross-functional teams and handling complex disputes and regulatory-related litigation. The firm offers a platform to grow an existing practice while collaborating with a large national litigation group.

Established litigation partner with significant healthcare and/or life sciences experience
Proven record of managing complex commercial and regulatory disputes through trial or significant motion practice
Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to expand a portable practice or client relationships
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for developing litigation teams
