A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its healthcare litigation practice in Boston. The role focuses on high‑stakes disputes across healthcare and life‑sciences sectors, handling complex civil litigation, regulatory defense, and related bet‑the‑company matters.

The partner will manage trial and appellate work, supervise and develop a team of litigators, and work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across the firm. Established partner-level litigation experience focused on healthcare and life‑sciences matters.
Demonstrated trial and dispositive motion experience and ability to lead complex litigation teams.
Proven business‑development skills and openness to bringing or growing a portable book of business.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
