Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice in Houston. The role focuses on high‑value civil litigation for healthcare and life sciences clients, including regulatory disputes and provider payor matters.

Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated trial and motion practice, experience counseling healthcare entities, and the ability to originate and manage client engagements. Portable business is welcome and the role includes responsibility for team leadership and business development.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in healthcare and/or life sciences disputes
Proven trial and motion experience and courtroom presence
Track record of originating or expanding client relationships; portable business welcomed
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising associates and managing teams
Active bar admission in Texas or ability to gain admission
