Experienced healthcare litigator sought to lead and expand a regional litigation practice in Lincoln. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare and life sciences clients across regulatory, compliance and high-stakes litigation matters.

The partner will manage case strategy, supervise and mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex disputes. A demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is important; candidates with a portable practice will be favorably considered.

Established track record in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including complex civil and regulatory matters.
Proven trial and motion practice experience and the ability to lead case teams.
Strong business development skills and proven ability to cultivate client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to practice and eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction; excellent communication and leadership skills.
