Top-tier regional office is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its litigation and labor & employment practice in Lincoln. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability and matters arising in healthcare and construction sectors.

Ideal candidate will lead matters, develop and retain clients, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with the broader national practice team. There is opportunity for a partner with a portable practice or demonstrated business-development track record.

Established partner-level litigation and/or labor & employment experience.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and lead teams.
Business development experience or a portable practice preferred.
Admission to practice in Nebraska (or ability to become admitted) and strong professional references.
