Senior litigation partner opportunity to lead and expand an employment and labor practice from the firm's Lincoln office. The role focuses on defense-side employment litigation and related labor matters, managing cases through trial and overseeing associate teams.

The hire will supervise case strategy and staffing, cultivate client relationships, and work with national colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. Strong business-development capability and a demonstrable trial record are priorities.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established experience handling employment and labor litigation, including trials and dispositive motion practice
  • Track record of client development and cross-selling within an institutional practice
  • Experience supervising associates and managing matters from intake through resolution
  • Admission to practice in the state where the office is located (or ability to become admitted)
