Partner — Healthcare & Litigation (New York)

Seeking a partner to join a national law firm's New York litigation team with a focus on healthcare disputes and related technology-enabled matters. The role will handle complex defense litigation in the healthcare space and cross-over commercial disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The position offers an opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s healthcare, litigation and technology practices. The team represents institutional and corporate clients in high-stakes regulatory and civil litigation.

• Established partner with significant litigation experience, ideally including healthcare-related disputes and regulatory defense (e.g., FCA/false claims matters).
• Proven experience handling technology-related litigation topics such as AI, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency issues.
• Bar admission in New York (or ability to obtain) and a track record of leading teams and client matters.
• Portable practice or client relationships preferred; demonstrable ability to originate and grow business.
