Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences litigation practice. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers, payors and life‑science clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes.

The partner will manage a team of litigators, develop business with regional and national clients, and handle high‑stakes litigation from intake through trial and appeal. Opportunity includes collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare and regulatory groups across the platform.

Proven partner‑level experience in healthcare litigation and related regulatory matters.
Track record of managing teams and significant courtroom or arbitration experience.
Business development ability; portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business are welcome.
Strong drafting, motion practice, and client‑management skills; admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
