Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its healthcare litigation group in the Portland, ME office. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare providers, life sciences clients, and related entities in contested matters and regulatory disputes.

The team handles a range of healthcare- and life-sciences-related litigation and regulatory work; the successful candidate will help lead client matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development locally and regionally.

This is a partner-level opening open to lawyers with an existing healthcare litigation practice or the ability to bring a portable book of business and business-development momentum.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in healthcare and life sciences matters.
Proven trial and/or contested-litigation experience in state and federal courts and/or administrative forums.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; willingness to develop business in the region.
Bar admission in Maine or ability to become admitted; strong leadership and mentoring skills.
