Major national healthcare practice is seeking an experienced partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on advising health systems, life sciences companies, and other healthcare sector clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage and mentor a team of lawyers, and work closely with a broader national practice to deliver cross‑jurisdictional solutions. The role combines substantive legal work with clear business development responsibilities.

Proven partner-level track record in healthcare and life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Established relationships/portable business preferred; demonstrated business development success
Strong leadership and team management experience
Active admission to practice in California (or ability to transfer) and comfort working on multi-office matters
