Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in the New York office. The role will lead complex regulatory and transactional matters for healthcare and life sciences clients across the US, working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will build and deepen client relationships, manage engagements from intake through resolution, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to grow a visible practice within a national platform while retaining autonomy over a portable client base.

Established partner with a strong Healthcare and/or Life Sciences practice.
Proven client development and portable business generation capability.
Experience managing teams and large, cross‑functional matters.
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy.
