Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm’s Charlotte office focusing on healthcare regulatory and transactional work. The role combines regulatory licensing, compliance counseling and deal execution across healthcare-related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice team that handles regulatory-driven transactions and client-facing compliance matters. This role offers a leadership platform to grow a practice and work with in-house and external clients on licensing, regulatory risk and transactional structuring.

Established partner with a strong track record in healthcare regulatory work and transactional experience (licensing, compliance, M&A-related matters).
Ability to lead matters, manage teams, and work across corporate and regulatory practices.
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business welcomed but not required.
Active bar admission in the U.S.; experience counseling healthcare industry clients.
