Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a full-service healthcare practice from the firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on life sciences and broader healthcare sector matters, including regulatory, transactional and strategic counseling for providers, payors and innovators.

The firm is offering a platform with national reach and established cross-practice support; the incoming partner will help expand client relationships in the West Coast market and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex matters.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, transactional, or compliance).
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow business; portability of work will be considered.
Strong litigation-adjacent or regulatory experience advising providers, payors or life sciences companies preferred.
Track record of leading teams, collaborating across practices, and working on high‑value, complex matters.
Active bar admission (or eligibility) in California.
