Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a primary focus on healthcare-related litigation and technology disputes. The role will handle False Claims Act (FCA) defense, managed-care matters, and complex commercial litigation arising from cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The position calls for a seasoned litigator who will both manage significant matters and help grow the practice through client development. You will lead case strategy, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on high‑stakes disputes affecting healthcare and technology clients.

Established partner or counsel with significant litigation experience, preferably including FCA/healthcare litigation and managed‑care matters.
Track record in handling complex technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency or similar).
Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience leading teams on high‑value matters.
Business development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice or contribute materially to client origination.
Active license or eligibility to be licensed in Texas; strong client-management and leadership skills.
