Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a healthcare and technology disputes practice in the Los Angeles office of a nationally recognized law firm. The role focuses on defending healthcare matters (including False Claims Act and managed-care disputes) and handling complex business litigation arising from cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The position combines high-stakes courtroom and regulatory work with client development responsibilities. Established litigation partner with substantial healthcare and technology disputes experience, including FCA defense and managed‑care matters.
Track record handling cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency-related litigation or investigative work.
Proven trial or appellate experience and strong courtroom presence.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
