Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its hospitality and food & beverage practice across the United States. The role focuses on representing owners, operators, investors and lenders on hotel, resort and F&B transactions and operational matters.

Work will span complex real estate and corporate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, capital markets/finance matters, tax structuring, employment and regulatory counseling, and hospitality-related litigation and disputes. The position offers significant client-development responsibility and a senior role in shaping the practice nationally.

Established partner with a primary practice in hospitality, hotels & resorts or F&B-related real estate and transactions.
Proven track record of originating and servicing senior-level clients; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Experience across transactional, finance, tax, employment and litigation aspects of hospitality matters.
Strong business development, client relationship and team leadership skills; ability to work on matters nationwide.
Active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
