The role sits at the intersection of corporate and energy work, advising on high-value infrastructure transactions, project development and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will work with a cross-border team on transactional mandates, joint ventures, financings and project implementation. This role offers responsibility for originating work, mentoring junior lawyers and building long-term client relationships within the region.

Established partner with significant experience in infrastructure transactions and energy-related projects.
Strong corporate transactional background (project development, JV, project finance preferred).
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcome.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across jurisdictions in a regional practice.
