Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its insurance practice in Dubai. The role will involve advising insurers, reinsurers and corporates on a range of insurance matters, handling mandates across the region and building long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead fee-earning work and contribute to business development for the practice, working with an established regional team. The team handles contentious and transactional insurance matters and advises on regulatory and market-related issues in the UAE.

Partner-level experience in insurance law (coverage, reinsurance, or insurance litigation preferred)
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable practice or demonstrable business development ability
Qualified to practise in a relevant common law jurisdiction; eligibility to work in the UAE
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and client relationships in the region
