Leading international law firm seeking a senior insurance partner to join its Dubai team. The role will focus on insurance and reinsurance work across the region, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters for insurers, reinsurers and brokers.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in developing and growing the practice in the Middle East, leading engagements and supervising junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in insurance and reinsurance work (contentious and/or non-contentious)
Proven track record of business development and client management; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and supervising associates in a commercial law environment
Admitted or able to practise in an appropriate common law or regional jurisdiction; willingness to be based in Dubai
