Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Insurance practice with a focus on life insurance and related finance matters. The role will sit in one of several US offices or in London and will work across cross‑border insurance and financial transactions.

This is a client-facing partner role for an experienced lawyer who handles complex life insurance transactions, regulatory aspects of insurance products, and related financing work. The team advises insurers, reinsurers and financial institutions on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters.

The firm is looking for an established market practitioner able to develop and grow business within the practice group; a portable practice or client relationships are an asset.

Proven partner-level experience in life insurance and insurance-related finance or transactional work
Track record of originating and leading complex insurance transactions and advising on regulatory issues
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred
Qualified and admitted in relevant US and/or UK jurisdictions; ability to work across multiple offices
