Senior partner-level role to lead and grow an insurance regulatory and compliance practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role focuses on advising insurers, reinsurers and related market participants on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters across state and federal regimes.

The team seeks an experienced insurance regulatory lawyer with significant transactional and regulatory counseling experience and a track record of developing client relationships. This is a lateral partner hire for a practice leader; candidates with an established portable practice will be prioritized.

12+ years' experience in insurance regulatory and compliance work.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; an established portable practice is required.
Deep knowledge of state insurance regulation and experience interacting with regulators.
Demonstrated leadership and business development skills within insurance markets.
