Leading US law firm is seeking a partner-level insurance regulatory lawyer to join its New York office. This role focuses on counseling insurers and other regulated entities on complex regulatory and compliance matters, and advising on interactions with state and federal regulators.

The partner will lead and grow a practice team, manage client relationships, and develop compliance programs and regulatory strategies across insurance products and related lines of business. A portable practice or established book of business is welcomed.

Minimum ~12 years' experience in insurance regulatory and compliance matters.
Proven ability to counsel insurers and regulated entities and interact with regulators.
Experience leading teams and developing compliance programs and regulatory strategies.
Track record of client development; portable book of business welcomed.
