Senior lateral partner opportunity in Austin for a practice focused on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role sits at the intersection of IP and competition work, with a strong pipeline from life sciences, technology and private‑equity–related matters.

The hire will lead litigation teams, develop business in target industries, and advise on complex disputes and enforcement matters. The office offers collaborative firm resources across corporate, IP and antitrust practices.

Established partner with a portable litigation practice (patent and/or antitrust) and the ability to originate and grow work.
Extensive experience handling patent litigation (life sciences and technology focus) and/or antitrust disputes tied to private‑equity transactions.
Proven trial and/or complex case management experience and strong team leadership skills.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction; admissions and bar status required.
