Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a mixed IP and antitrust litigation practice from the firm’s San Francisco office. The role will handle high-stakes patent litigation (with a focus on life sciences and technology) and antitrust matters often connected to private equity work, with opportunities to collaborate across corporate and energy practices.

The firm is looking for a visible courtroom lawyer who can manage complex matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The group operates with an open compensation structure and supports cross‑office collaboration on national matters.

Partner-level trial and case-management experience in patent and/or antitrust litigation.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience with life sciences, technology, or private equity-related disputes; familiarity with energy matters a plus.
Track record of leading teams, developing business, and supervising associates.
